Terms and Conditions of Participation Song' Swing Festival 2025

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details to proceed with the payment.

In the event that no spots are available, you will be placed on the waiting list.

Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email. Otherwise, your registration may be canceled to allow other participants to register.

Your registration will be considered final only after the payment has been successfully received.

Once registration for a Pass is completed, it will not be possible to convert it to another type of Pass. Should you wish to change your Pass, you will need to find a person to take over your spot for the originally purchased Pass.

In case of cancellation of your participation in the Festival, no refund will be provided, regardless of the reason. However, you may transfer your Pass to a third party (with the same level and role) upon communication to Swingin' Napoli and mutual agreement. The organization may assist you in finding a replacement but assumes no responsibility for the success of the resale.

Participant Declarations

By registering, you declare under your sole responsibility that:

You are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in physical activities and, if requested, are able to provide a medical certificate for non-competitive physical activity.
You are in good health, are not taking any medications or substances incompatible with physical activity, and have no physical, orthopedic, or neurological conditions preventing you from participating. You further declare that you have not used any narcotic, psychotropic substances, or consumed alcohol in amounts that may compromise your safety or that of others in the 48 hours prior to the lessons.
You are aware of and will comply with all safety regulations and instructions provided by the organizers and teachers, both during lessons and events.
You take full responsibility for the above declarations, releasing Swingin' Napoli, President Irene Vecchia, guest teachers, staff, and the hosting venue from any civil and/or criminal liability, direct and/or indirect, for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, infections (including Covid-19), physical or material damages that may occur during or after the event, even if related to your participation.
You release the organizers from any material or immaterial damages, including loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, and from any responsibility for cancellations by teachers or band members due to force majeure.
Participants are expected to respect the premises, furniture, and equipment of the hosting venue. Any material damage caused to the venue, whether accidental or intentional, will be the sole responsibility of the participant, who will be required to directly compensate the damage, releasing Swingin' Napoli from any financial obligation requested by the venue's property.

Use of Images and Materials

During the event, Swingin' Napoli staff will take photographs and videos for promotional purposes. By registering, you authorize the organization to use such materials without time limits, without requiring further consent or compensation, for promotional purposes, including but not limited to publication on social media, websites, and advertising materials.

Recording of lessons and performances is permitted only with prior authorization from the teachers.

Program and Venue Changes

Swingin' Napoli reserves the right to:

Make changes to the program before and/or during the Festival;
Change the venue without prior notice;
Modify the lineup of teachers or bands due to reasons beyond the organization’s control.
The organization shall not be held responsible for cancellations, changes, or suspension of the event due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, health emergencies, government restrictions, strikes, or any other event outside the organizers’ control.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and respectful experience for all participants, inappropriate or harassing behavior will not be tolerated. In case of violation of these rules, the organization reserves the right to remove the participant without any refund.

By confirming your Song' Swing Festival 2025 registration, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, taking full responsibility for your declarations.
