After graduating in traditional Korean dance and exploring other disciplines such as ballroom dance and ballet, she discovered swing in 2005 and was immediately captivated by it. Since 2006, she has been teaching Lindy Hop with fresh ideas, aiming to grow the Korean swing scene, as well as competing internationally to earn various titles. Her name became especially well-known after winning first place at the "Hellzapoppin Contest, Frankie 100." She continues to showcase her unique style in workshops and events around the world. She is a passionate dancer dedicated to expressing herself to the fullest, and her delightful dancing brings positive energy to all who watch her perform.

MAXIME LIPPERT
When jazz reaches those high notes, Maxime improvises like a bebop-era saxophone, using the freedom of spins, slides, and splits. Maxime dances in Brussels with The Old Soulz and The Jazz Maniacs, two performance groups inspired by Afro-American dances like Lindy Hop and Authentic Jazz. Digging through old clips to find the flash moves, he discovered the Hoofers, jazz-era tap dancers like Jimmy Slyde, the Nicholas Brothers, and others... and started learning some rhythmic variations to spice up his jazz. He will share his passion with us through good vibes in class during the day and in the jams and socials at night.

CAMILLE TRUYFFAUT
Camille is a dancer inspired by the world of jazz and its Afro-American roots. She explores the various aesthetics of jazz and the richness of the emotions it conveys. She dances Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz with a grounded style, blending improvisation and rhythmic play. Today, she teaches with enthusiasm, aiming to share not only the techniques but also the joy of movement, connection, and improvisation. For her, the essence of dance lies in the spirit of sharing energy, being oneself while staying connected to the present moment, to the music, and to one’s partner.

Mama’s Way
Mama’Sway’s live shows are energetic, engaging parties.
Born from an idea by dancer and performer Vincenzo Fesi, the band was created with the goal of getting everyone on their feet to dance and have fun. It doesn’t matter whether you know how to dance or not—Mama’Sway will get you moving with a repertoire rooted in the sounds of early 20th-century African American tradition. It’s a journey that starts with swing and leads to the first soul tracks of the 1950s, where popular stories and events are told through music and dance.

Alongside Dixieland, Charleston, and hot jazz, they offer a wide selection of danceable swing, perfect for Lindy Hop and Balboa nights and festivals.
